I have close to 19 years experience as a Federal Investigator with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage & Hour Division. I am recognized as a subject matter expert in the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Section 14(c) Sub-minimum Wage, Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA), Migrant & Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA) and the H-2A, H-1B and H-2B Visa Programs, the Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Walsh Healey Public Contracts Act (PCA) . I also have experience with Davis Bacon & Related Acts (DBRA) and Service Contract Act (SCA) .

I am originally from Rhode Island. I worked as an investigator for the Wage and Hour Division's Boston District Office, Taunton Area Office for 5 years before moving to East Tennessee in 2005. I worked as an investigator in the Wage and Hour Division’s Knoxville Area Office for 14 years. I live in Mohawk, TN with my husband, Clinton, and three of our five children.
